I don't post identifiable photos of children's faces in my marketing, whether that's my website or social media. Instead, you'll see hands, textures, candid details, and occasional true side-profile shots rather than full frontal or clearly identifiable images. Your private gallery is different: it includes everything, full faces and all, delivered just to your family.
This isn't about doubting parents' judgment. It's that a child can't consent to a permanent, public presence, and once something's public, there's no fully undoing it. It's a small thing I can control that costs me very little and protects a lot.

I'll send over a Wardrobe Reference Card once your session is booked, with guidance on colors, textures, and outfit pairings that photograph well together as a family. In general: soft, neutral tones and simple silhouettes tend to photograph best and won't compete with the environment.

Totally understandable! Photography sessions need flexibility. If you (or anyone in the household) isn't feeling well, or if timing just doesn't work out, reach out as soon as you can and we'll find a new date. There's no penalty for rescheduling a session for health reasons.

Family sessions can be done most places such as a park, cafe, or in-home. We can discuss your options during the booking process.
Newborn sessions are done in your home. It's more comfortable for baby, and it means you don't have to pack up and travel in those early weeks.
I typically travel within 15–30 miles of Olympia for sessions.

Editing typically takes about 2-3 weeks from your session date. You'll receive a private digital gallery once everything's ready.

You'll receive 50 fully edited images delivered through a digital gallery, along with the option to download and share them for your own personal use.
